Phil Cianciola Newsradio 620 WTMJ News Anchor
 On the air, he's the "Biggest Name in Milwaukee Radio". But on the bike, he's but a blur-a sublime combination of speed, grace and power. As your esteemed host, Phil will ride each day moving between several different speed groups to give everyone their shot at him. And he'll keep the fun going each night at dinner and during the day-trip into Barcelona, gracing the group with his rare wit and keen insight into world events. At least that's what he told us to say.
Rich Ratay EuroCycler Group Leader
 "Goes up like a mountain goat, goes down like an old lady." That's how one recent European guest succinctly summed up Rich's approach to the climbs near Gerona. Of course, he'll tell you he's just admiring the magnificent coastal scenery. As one of the two founding partners of EuroCycler (the one who wasn't the lifelong elite-level cyclist and triathlete) and the Group Leader, Rich will ensure your biggest worry during the "Tour de Phil" is deciding when to schedule your massage. As the voice on the other end of the EuroCycler phone line, he's also always ready to answer any questions you may have.
Giana Roberge EuroCycler Ride Group Leader
 Don't let the pretty face fool you. As a former member of the Timex Women's Pro Cycling Team and coach of the Saturn Cycling Women's Team, Giana brings a serious edge to the EuroCycler staff of Ride Group Leaders. She promises to offer some of the more skilled riders among the group all the challenge they can handle, along with some helpful tips and insights. And she'll no doubt do it smiling every mile of the way.
