TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS/PAYMENT: Deposit of $500/person required with reservation form - limited space, first come, first served. Final payment due December 12, 2003. Credit cards are accepted for deposit and final payment. BAGGAGE: Transportation of two pieces of luggage on all flights. Guest is responsible for any extra costs of transporting their own bicycle or extra baggage. CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations before December 1: refundable less $250 fee. Cancellations between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31: refundable less 50% of tour cost. Cancellations after Dec. 31st: no refund. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Personal trip cancellation, travel accident and baggage insurance is recommended. EUROCYCLER RESPONSIBILITY: EuroCycler and/or its organizers act in the capacity of agents in all matters of transportation and tour operation, and its liability is limited to the terms of the tour packages. EuroCycler and/or its agents are not liable for delays, inconveniences, accidents, expenses or mishaps of any kind resulting entirely, or in part, from negligence of others or from causes beyond our/their control. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this brochure and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desireable for the convenience of the parties and the proper operation of the tour. The right is also reserved to decline or accept or retain any person as a member of any tour if such person's health, mental well-being, or general character hinders the operation of the tour. No refund is made on unused land tour. Baggage is owner's risk at all times. EuroCycler is not responsible for the defaults of other firms or agencies. AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY: All participating carriers are responsible only for the air travel portion of this tour performed by it on behalf of tour participants in accordance with the terms and conditions of their individual passage contracts and subject to applicable laws, treaties and regulations governing air travel. Tour services including, but not limited to, carriage by land or sea, guide services, hotel accommodations, restaurants and all services other than carriage by air, are furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act on behalf of participating airlines. Participating airlines shall not be held responsible for any act, omission or event occurring prior to the tour participant's embarkation upon or after his disembarkation from the participating airline's aircraft. The usual passage contract used by participating airlines when issued shall constitute the sole contract between participating airlines and the tour participant; and in purchasing a passage contract as a part of this tour, the participant acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions. »Top of page. »Print page. »Close window. |
