Because our resorts' chefs have years of experience
preparing meals for bicyclists, they know the two things
bicyclists look for most at dinner time: that there's
good food and plenty of it.
Dinner is an embarrassment of riches. You'll find a buffet of gourmet offerings every evening including protein, high-carb, low-fat choices carefully planned around the nutritional needs of active cyclists. Not that they forget you're also on vacation - there's a fine selection of wines and European beers available.
Mornings begin with a breakfast buffet that is created to provide you the energy you'll need to power through your challenging training rides. In addition to eggs, meats and other hot items, you'll find mounds of fresh fruit, nuts, cereal, yogurt, crusty breads, cheeses and other healthy choices.

After breakfast, you'll prepare your own take-along lunch to be enjoyed at a mid-day picnic stop. You can create delicious sandwiches from the selection of fresh meats, cheeses and vegetables. And you'll want to grab some nuts and fresh fruit to complete your meal and provide the energy you need to complete your training day.
