Refund policy for travel packages:
Any cancellation will incur a minimum fee of US$50 (Spain, Switzerland, Brazil) or US$ 100 (France) for North American customers
or GB£30 for British customers, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. The
non-refundable deposit is not applicable towards the cancellation fee. If you
must cancel your trip more than 90 days before your trip's departure, the
minimum cancellation fee will be charged; 61-90 days before your trip, a
cancellation fee of 25% of the original trip price will be charged; 31-60 days
before your trip, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original trip price will be
charged. There is no refund for canceling a trip less than 30 days before
departure. If we are able to replace your cancelled booking by another party
from our waiting list, you will be refunded whatever you have paid towards your
trip less the non-refundable deposit and the minimum cancellation fee. This
will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis and is at EuroCycler's
discretion.
Return and Refund policy for merchandise:
All of EuroCycler’s merchandise products have a 30-day guarantee.
EuroCycler will replace any defective item with the same item, within 60 days
of purchase. Non-defective items returned for exchange or credit must be in
restockable condition with all bags and tags intact and returned within 30 days
of purchase. Include a copy of the original packing slip with all returns.
Insure your return shipment. EuroCycler assumes no liability for lost or
damaged return shipments. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees.
To return an item call EuroCycler and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from
your EuroCycler customer service representative. Print the RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER on the package which you mail to EuroCycler. This process ensures that
your return is processed as quickly as possible. Returns of special orders may
be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. EuroCycler is not liable for any
catalogue- or website price misprints.
NOTE: In the case of returning an item that is defective or incorrectly shipped,
please indicate return shipping charge on or in the return package. Failure to
do so will result in a flat $5 credit. EuroCycler strives to supply customers
with the most current products, EuroCycler is not liable for return shipment
costs of items on the basis that they appear differently from their
presentation in the EuroCycler catalog or web site. If EuroCycler concludes
that damage to a product or purchase has been caused because of mishandling or
negligence, the product or purchase will not be eligible for return.
